Charlotte Nitardy

Charlotte Nitardy is currently the Minnesota State Credit for Prior Learning Assessment Network (C-PLAN) Advisor and Coordinator. Nitardy has been a community faculty and prior-learning evaluator at Metropolitan State University for 15 years. Nitardy has a Ph.D. in Education from the University of Minnesota.
