Tracy Robinson

Tracy Robinson serves as Director of Innovative Academic Initiatives at the University of Memphis coordinating credit for prior learning and directing the Finish Line Program, a degree completion initiative that re-recruits students who earned at least 90 credit hours but left before earning their degree. Under her leadership, the Finish Line Program has been recognized for numerous awards including the Outstanding Advising Program by the National Academic Advising Association and has graduated almost 700 adult students over the past six years. During the last academic year, the Experiential Learning Credit Program which allows students to outline their outside learning experiences in a portfolio has assisted over 550 students who earned more than 7,000 credit hours and saved time toward their degree completions and almost $2 million.
